Would you date someone...

i have been wondering people like to date what kind of person... sounds complex

1. what is the definition of  a "date"? sometimes its easily getting confused when someone likes to go out with you and talk to you but they don't mean to date you. in that case, you will guess if that person really likes you or not. they are really nice to you but just as a friend and it is easy to get the wrong signal.

2. will you date or not date someone because of their ages? do you think age is a problem? someone may think that there is a difficulty to communicate with someone who is older or younger than them. either they are too young and immature or they are too old. how many years of difference can you accept?

3. how do you know the other person has the same feeling as you do? we are all independent persones and we don't know what others are thinking. if you have a crash on someone, how do you know if the other person has the crash on you too? you will look pretty stupid if the other person is numb about about your passion.

4. can you make someone like you or can you make someone be your bf/gf? i am thinking of this possibility, does it work? it sounds pretty hard tho'.

5. how do you know you like someone? because they are the type of ppl you will like? because they treat you really nice? or just "feeling"? sometimes it is hard to know

well, it's been a while and my holiday has begun... and i am trying to myself busy so that i wouldb't feel like being left behind.

apart from three day of working, i am almost too free to see myself wasting the time. by the way, i got the job last sat in just two days of training. as george said no one seemed to care if i performed good or not, neither the boss nor kuan. its so sarcastic coz not even me wanna care. but if i don't care about myself, who will? always treat urself better!! as i have always wanted, i will start my first driving lesson this sunday morning with a crazy price of 75 bucks for 1 and a half hrs. anyways that's good new tho. i always say that's a price to pay for everything. besides, i made an important decision yesterday and i am really determinated that i will buy a car not later my b-day next year so that i wouldn't have to catch the goddamn buses!! the buese here are too crazy, man!

i went for the movie the chronicles of narnia 2 yesterday with yanni, so what's next? give me some ideas pls! i wish i could work every day so i would't have to think about anything at all. really? sorry i dont think so, u know that comes a problem. better keep my mind away from some impossible probability, sigh...

another bad new is that the internet connection is still very slow this month as we are again over limit. that won't do any good even tho only me is using it. seriously, i can't even open a band's myspace page. that sucks.

if i get lost or disappear, would anyone in the world care? my family is too far away to care... i can't think of anyone. those words from george really hit my heart quite badly, no one seems to care... all in all i just find it quite lonely here and i need something or someone to hold on to. henry said i was a person who won't let go so easy and would hold on really hard. i am just a fragile human, not a saint. i will break down too..

until someone moves or cares
stay captive
keep yourself there
wait for love

broken down like a mirror smashed to pieces
you learned the hard way to shut your mouth and smile
and if these walls can talk they would have so much to say
cause everytime you fight the scar are gonna heal
but they're never gonna go away

Fortunate moron!!

Yeah!! finally i've got a part time job! altho' not exactly have it, i 've been given a chance to go for a shot and training!
Even right now, i couldn't believe it is happening!

it was Wed morning, i talked to my my host dad and i said i really wanted to get a job. then, he called George, a fd of his to see if BlockBuster (where he works) was hiring. and right away, he did need some ppl to fill the shifts. it then came to Thur. my host dad gave me a ride to the shop and i met George. he showed me a few things how the shop ran and to use the computer system. i tried to remeber everything that i could.

later on, i met the owers of the shop who were chinese. they said i qualified everything except the fact that i looked like a kid and was too "little". wait, wait, wait... i was definitely not a KID, alright? but later on, because of George's recommendation, they'd like to let me try. next week i will start my training and one week later they will decide to hire me or not. i was so tired becasue i had stood all day long even tho' i used to stand whole day when i worked in hk. at 4, George finished his shift, and he gave me a ride back home.

everything was so unpredictable. the day before i was worrying about those "mess" things, and the day after, it came an miracle! by the way, sanity music called me on Wed to double-check my application. nothing happened, but it was a good sign! so fight for it!

i was really glad that George was such a nice, kind and humorous person. he was that kind of guy who liked to help ppl. say he didn't need to help me out (he didnt give the owers another resume of a guy called Peter). suddenly, i found it quite weird for his goodness coz he's more of a chinese's personality. or maybe they were actually nice which i didn't concur with. i'd like to say thank you to George for all his help and also sorry that i interrupted his working schedule as i showed up. i though i could learn a lot from him.

I've got the chance and i won't let it go!!

today was computing practical exam. i finished it within an hour and i thought i could go home. i got on the bus immediately. such a moron! we were supposed to go back at 3.30! OMG, i was a moron! i found that every exam time, i had to do stupid thing! not gonna mention the last time.

some words out of nowhere fr my mind...

They are coming to our houses, forcing us into cages
Rapping our souls
Scream to the TV, disputing our freedom
Broadcast the false prophet
Need no destroyer, need no surrender NO~
Your empty promise only deceives the pretenders

Stop medicating our wounds, you cannot save the world
Sworn enemy
Turn off the TV, disobeying your order
Your artificial hope
Propaganda, criticise the system
you're sinner liar, breathe the toxic air

Drop your cynical bomb
Unexpected malice, satisfied
Generation of sacrifice
I heard from the radio that our city's on fire
Come around, ring the alarm
This is emergency, so rise up

You just sit still watching yourself lose more
Waiting for one signal or
One thought to trigger off your will
What has your dignity left of?
Do you feel sorrow?

You keep dreaming of being a hero
Watching the loved one fall and
Nothing's left for you to hold on
Is your selfishness enough to
keep your heart complete?

Provoking Demanding Persuading
Protesting Destroying Poisoning

so its been two months since i last set foot here... my poor little dilapidate blog.. finished mourning! Another important thing is to give my deepest condolences to the unfortunate in the disaster in china. May their souls rest in peace and may them be strong once again!

well, two weeks after i will take the exam and have another three weeks term break. this is the first time i really spend my holiday here, not extremely excited but its worth waiting. however,  more or less i wish i could go back to hk.

i 've figured out a few things in these three months.

1) Staying in other country is not a fascinating thing coz ur not like them. they will just totally ignore you no matter how hard you try. Its like a ghost walking among them. music which is supposed to be no boundary won't make it better and that’s why I’m desponded. you look like a moron to them! but the fact is they are actually the ignorance one. Thus, don’t expect to much or else u will fall placidly even tho’ some of them are really nice.

2) the world is cruel and you are so fragile. Things always go beyond your control and out of sight. You think you are good enough to deserve something, but there are a bunch of ppl out there are better than you. Who know the game rules will win. You have to admit that you are capable of something, but sorry you are not the lucky one this time and keep making your fortunate.

3) I have learnt some nice terms from school which called multi-cultural working environment and cross cultural communication. It sounds so ideal in your imagination, but it is but another braggadocio to fool you around. Such a euphemistic way of playing ppl!

4) racial discrimination is everywhere, even in a civilised society!! Wait for a sec, have I ever looked down upon you White ppl in my country? Countries which advocate freedom and fairness, their ppl don’t think in that way. What a shame!

What am I gonna do? FIGHT DOWN TO THE BOTTEM!

I am not anti-anything. In fact, I enjoy the western culture. All I need is a chance to let me appreciate it.

So tell me westerners, do you really hate us?
